dc.description.abstract晶圓製造廠為高用電使用的產業,故用電量的管理會實質影響電費的支出,本論文研製之目的乃為晶圓製造廠提供一用電量的預測模型,依據用電設備屬性進行分類預測,並以影響廠房用電的因子進行迴歸分析,可有效預測未來用電,並利用預測值可建立最具經濟效益的台電用電契約,達成預算控管的目的,同時此模型亦可應用於日常用電量的管理,利用每日耗電量的檢查分析,可提供廠務人員最即時的能源管理機制,本研究結果所建立的用電預測的標準模型 確實可以達到高準確的預測目標,對工廠降低用電成本有實質的助益。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIC foundry is a high electricity energy consumption industry. Therefore, electricity management will have an impact on electricity expenditure. This study presents an electricity energy consumption model to IC foundry. Categorical forecasting is based on the electricity equipment property. And the factors affecting electricity energy consumption in factory will be carried on by regression analysis, which will effectively predict the electricity consumption in the future. The most cost- effective contract capacity with TAIPOWER Company will be built up by using predictive value to achieve budget control. This model can also be applied to daily electricity consumption management Inspectional analysis of daily electricity energy consumption can provide Factory Personnel the most immediate energy management system. The standard model of Electricity consumption forecasting from this study indeed achieves the highly accurate forecasting and reduces the electricity cost in factory.en_US
