In this research, the correlation between Autism Spectrum Quotient (ASQ) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is discussed. In the past decade, the relationship between Autism and power of HRV in High Frequency (HF, 0.15 – 0.4 Hz) and Low Frequency (LF, 0.04 – 0.15 Hz) was emphasized, however, Very Low Frequency (VLF, 0.0033 – 0.04 Hz) power of Autism was seldom explored. We used two different methods, Poincaré Plot Analysis (PPA) and Continuous Wavelet Transformation (CWT) to do time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis, respectively. There are two steps of the experiment: 1) Choose 1264 participants aged 18 – 30 out of 2683 participants to discuss the relationship between Chan Ding experience and the average value of ASQ scores with one-tailed Student's t-test analysis. 2) In Continuous Attention Task (CAT) test, the average of error rate and HRV are measured in the control group of 26 participants and Chan Ding group of 8 participants. The result of experiment I reveals that the average ASQ scores of Chan-Ding group with full-lotus posture was 10% lower than that of the control group. The one-tailed Student's t-test analysis result of two group is significant (p**<0.01). In the experiment II, the error rate of Chan Ding group is lower than that of the control group in CAT test. In the control group, the average value of ASQ scores of members without VLF-dominances is 12% higher than that of the other members.
