dc.description.abstract本研究以DeLone & McLean(1992、2003)資訊系統成功模型為基礎,並引用技術接受模型(Davis et al.,1989;Venkatesh & Davis, 1996)之部份外部因素,建構衡量指紋電腦系統成功之模式,藉以建立一般性的測量準則、以及分析目前警察機關指紋電腦系統的系統成效,並檢驗該套系統是否有效發揮作為犯罪偵查工具之功能。 依據本研究所建構衡量指紋電腦系統成功之模式,進行等級羅吉特迴歸分析的結果顯示,當刑事警察人員每增加一個等級的指紋電腦系統使用時,能提高個人工作生產力程度、以及個人決策效率與時間程度之機率為119.35%;當刑事警察人員的個人影響程度每增加一個等級時,能提高組織效能程度、為民服務程度、以及節省人力程度之機率為300.09%。本研究另發現,資訊品質對指紋電腦系統使用無法產生具體顯著之主因,在於目前警察機關指紋電腦系統未能有效發揮作為犯罪偵查工具之功能,故本研究的結論提出「從制度面強化刑事警察人員使用指紋電腦系統之頻率」、「從功能面強化指紋電腦系統作為有效的犯罪偵查工具」、以及「開放現場比對指紋的使用權限給予警察分局的專責人員」等三項建議供參。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study is based on the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model(1992、2003) as well as partial external factors from the Technology Acceptance Model (Davis et al.,1989;Venkatesh & Davis, 1996), to develop a Model to measure the Success of A Fingerprint Computer System for measuring and analyzing system effects of Fingerprint Computer System, and to examine whether the System is able to be an effective tool of crime investigation. Examining this Success Model of Fingerprint Computer System by Ordered Logit Regression, the estimated statistics clearly reveal when the system usage from detectives enhances one-degree level, the probability to increase productivity of individual work, and determination and time efficiency is 119.45%. When the individual impact from detectives enhances one-degree level, the probability to increase efficiency for organizations, service quality for public, and control personnel cost is 300.09%. An additional discovery in this study is that the Fingerprint Computer System in Police Precincts is unable to effectively apply the tooling function of crime investigation, in which causes the Information Quality Factor cannot impose significant effect on the System Usage Factor. In the conclusion, this study offers three suggestions for reference, including enhancing usage frequency by detectives from the regulation aspect, strengthening the tooling function of crime investigation from the function aspect, and authorizing the use right of fingerprint comparison function on scene to the appointees in Police Precincts.en_US
