dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to discuss the situation and teacher' perception in the organizational innovation climate of Vocational and Technological School. In order to reach this goal, this research utilizes questionnaire survey method. The investigation object has 335 teachers of Vocational and Technological School. Sampling has 25 schools. The findings show "Team Cohesive Force" and "Independency of Work" are important attribute for organizational innovation climate of Vocational and Technological School. The results of this study could be taken as a reference of organizational innovation climate to improve vocational and technological school.en_US
