The major of this paper is a wearable Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal detection with dry metal electrodes. It includes following characteristics: low cost, compact size, wearable object, and comfortable sensation. The proposed device employs the embedded microcontroller to be in charge of whole system. The EEG analog front-end circuit of our proposition is based on CMOS operational amplifiers (OPA) that are applied to construct an instrumentation amplifier (IA), high-pass filters (HPF), low-pass filters (LPF), a middle-amplifier, a post-amplifier and biases. A Bluetooth wireless communication module is applied for data communications. We develop a simple demo application software to display real-time EEG waveform or real-time EEG features on Android platforms.en_US
