Innovative two-dimensional transmission-line systems for collecting distributed photovoltaic power are presented in this paper. Based on transmission-line theory and controlling the phase of a.c. sources, the net power of the proposed transmission-line type network can flow towards the target load. The validity of the proposed system is confirmed by mathematical analysis and simulated results. This paper makes a contribution to the concept of networks for the collection of renewable energy.en_US
