dc.description.abstract | The evaluation with only the alternatives consist of the missing values or the non-square matrix is not easy to make. The ANP that contains these irregular alternatives is defined as "Minor ANP". Then, this study describes the methods of making the priority of only the alternative's matrix values by using the ANP. Our new method is proposed, and is compared with the Harker method and the Nishizawa method in presumption of missing values. And, another new method is proposed, and is compared with the Kinoshita method in the non-square matrix, too. Moreover, the paper presents the types of the decision-making, the meaning of the eigenvalue, and the negative elements of the criteria matrix to the ANP. | en_US |
