dc.description.abstract一種具有混合式反射鏡結構的垂直共振腔面射型雷射,乃將介電質反射鏡與金屬反射鏡結合形成混合式反射鏡,藉由金屬本身高反射率與高導熱效果,大幅降低介電質反射鏡的使用對數,進而減少散熱途徑,增加散熱效果,同時,於金屬與介電質之間形成雙折射率的週期性光柵結構,可以增加雷射極化的穩定度,此外,週期性光柵結構可增加黏著金屬之接觸面積,因此其晶圓強度與穩定度可大幅提升。zh_TW
