dc.description.abstractConfocal imaging guided photochemical thrombosis was demonstrated on living zebrafish. Occlusion at selected cerebral blood vessels caused varied mortality rate and neurological outcome. This novel zebrafish stroke model may facilitate translational research and thrombolytic screening.en_US
