dc.description.abstract | This study predicts the psychological contract as a major driver of flow experience and creativity performance. In the proposed model of this study, creativity performance relates to training contract, transactional contract, and relational contract directly and also indirectly via the mediation of flow experience. Empirical testing of this study, by surveying working professionals across quality control departments of high-tech firms, confirms the applicability of flow theory in understanding creativity performance. Last, this study provides managerial implications and limitations. | en_US |
