dc.description.abstractIn this paper, a differential one-port millimeter-wave reflection-type phase shifter for reflectarray antenna applications is implemented in 90 urn CMOS technology. Assisted by a switched terminator, the measured phase shift achieves more than 360 degrees using voltage control from 0 to 1 V. Signal loss is compensated in this design to alleviate the loss issue of passive phase shifters. The circuit consumes de power of 14.4 mW.en_US
