dc.description.abstractAs the development of nanoscale optics, the ability of surface plasmons to break the diffraction limit receives numerous attention from researchers. In this work, we demonstrate a graphene-insulator-metal (GIM) nanolaser structure. The graphene can modify the permittivity of metal films which would further influence the nanolasers characteristics.en_US
