Abstract: We study the nonrelativistic, semiclassical and nonrelativistic-semiclassical limits of the (modulated) nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations from its hydrodynamical structure via WKB analysis. The nonrelativistic-semiclassical limit is proved rigorously by modulated energy method.
