As technology develops and time progresses continuously, the automation technology is becoming increasingly significant in various fields. Automated road safety is an important issue nowadays. When the automatic vehicles driving on the road, it is very important to detect the surrounding objects. In this paper, we propose an automatic road safety monitoring system for detecting moving objects that will affect the safety of automatic vehicle. On the other hand, we propose a real-time traffic reporting system for determining the real-time traffic condition. Through above two systems, the safety and stability of the automatic vehicle can be improved.en_US
