2009-2012年國際排球競賽賽新則詮解釋與對比賽影響相關性研析

Abstract

對2009-2012年國際排球總會所修訂之排球競賽新規則其內容中部分觀點概念加以詮釋，包括無意識觸網、超越中線、後排自由防守球員…等等。新規則實施對排球比賽的主要規律沒有太大的改變，但是對排球技戰術的運用和發展，則有較大的影響。新規則的實施縮短非比賽時間，使比賽的節奏加快，維持比賽過程的連續性與流暢性。網上的爭奪更加激烈，進攻的技戰術在不斷變化創新，促進排球選手防守技能的提高和多樣性技巧的運用，因此縮小雙方攻守之間的差距；裁判員對規則的掌握需更加明確，應經常鑽研規則及參加排球運動比賽實踐，促使比賽更公平和公正。教練和參與比賽選手亦必須熟悉和理解規則精神，積極而合理運用規則，調整訓練觀念，制定出行之有效訓練方案，盡快適應新規則帶給團隊競賽的策略變化方案，以爭取比賽最後勝利。新規則修訂目的使排球比賽朝向更激烈精采的方向發展，提升觀眾的欣賞性，同時拓展排球比賽商業化，促進贊助企業廠商更積極的支持排球運動發展。

In this paper, there are explanations of some of these points in the content of the volleyball competition rules as amended by the International Volleyball Association during 2009-2012, including contacting the net unconsciously, penetration under the net, the libero, etc. The new rules didn't change a lot for the law of Volleyball games. Nevertheless, it has a greater impact on the application and development to the strategy in the games. The applied to the new rules not only shorten the time during the game, but also speed up the tempo and keep the game goes continuously and smoothly. The competitions on the top of the net are more intensively. The strategies for attack are creative constantly, and promote the volleyball players to the promotion of receive the ball and to application of the strategies, so that may shrink the gap between two sides. Referees must master the rules clearly. They should always to study the rule and to participate in the practice of volleyball competition to promote the game more fair and impartial. The coach and the player should be well known and understanding for the spirit of the rules. Using them positive and reasonable, adjust the training concepts, and develop effective training programs to adapt to the new rules with the changing-policy of team competitions as soon as possible to reach the victory. The purpose of amendment of the new rules towards the development of volleyball games more intense and exciting, to enhance the audience's appreciation, at the same time, to expand the games more commercial to promote corporate sponsors vendors to more actively support the development of volleyball.
