dc.description.abstract髓母細胞瘤是兒童最常見的惡性腦瘤,長期以來對病童與家庭造成沉重負擔。目前臨床仍以手術、放射線及化療為主要治療方式,但常伴隨嚴重的長期副作用,例如認知障礙及次發性癌症。現在科學家在動物實驗中找了一個極具潛力的治療標靶,為日後的腦癌精準治療鋪路。zh_TW
