The main purpose of this paper is to conquer that the inverse of arc/path incidence does not always exist. The generalized inverse method is used to relax the assumption presented by Dafermos and Nagurney [1]. Result of the study shows the feasibility of the model and then can be used to determine whether Braess's paradox occurs in the network.en_US
