dc.description.abstract | Transflective LCD is generally applied for portable products. but its lower backlight efficiency is a critical issue. Hence, a novel transflective LCD consists of a backlight collective component, microlens array, was demonstrated to increase backlight efficiency by a factor of 1.94. Self align method, which is compatible with standard LCD fabrication processing, has been demonstrated to minimize alignment error. | en_US |
