Abstract
By employing the technique of asynchronous modelocking (ASM), we have Successfully demonstrated the direct generation of stable 10GHz 816fs Pulse trains with Super-Mode-Suppression-Ratio > 70dB from a hybrid modelocked Er-fiber laser. (c) 2005 Optical Society of America.
