dc.description.abstract | The single carrier system with cyclic prefix (SC-CP) has been demonstrated to outperform the OFDM system through simulations. In this paper, we consider minimum mean squared error (MMSE) receivers for the SC-CP system. We show analytically that, for uncoded SC-CP symbols, the SC-CP system with an MMSE receiver has a smaller bit error rate (BER) than the OFDM system for all SNR. | en_US |
