Abstract: Harmonic and. rational-harmonic mode-locking of erbium-doped fiber lasers (EDFLs) with wavelength tunability is achieved by seeding optical pulses from a gain-switched Fabry-Perot laser diode that is feedback-injection controlled with the slave EDFLs via optical circulator.
