dc.description.abstractA new approach to the strong-field QED is proposed, which is based upon analytic properties of QED scattering amplitudes. Using this approach, simple expressions for photon absorption coefficients in an intensive background magnetic field are obtained. The relevance of our result to astrophysics is also discussed.en_US
