dc.description.abstract | New development planning area, like as new town and new community, usually ignores to layout the location for emergency facilities, like as police station, hospital and fire station, beforehand. Such remissness is harmful to people`s life and property. We adopt the ideal of backup coverage to expand the BACOP1 model to BACOP1-m model with m+1 objectives in the 0-1 integer programming model to analyze the emergency facilities layout of new development planning area. In the process of anal? sis, the TOPSIS multiobjective programming approach was suggested to obtain the non-inferior solutions. Finally, a case study to fire station layout of Tanhai new town is showed. Five alternatives, including different amount and layout were obtained by using chang the different weights for objectives. The result can prove the usefulness of model and provide a basis for the evaluating process. | en_US |
