dc.description.abstractThe transmission coefficients in a narrow constriction and their dependence on the Fermi energy and on the transverse positions of two impenetrable magnetic Bur tubes is studied. An overlapping integral L-mn can qualitatively represent the strength of interaction between incoming subband rn and outgoing subband n. The conductance G and its components exhibit oscillatory-like behavior as the transverse positions of the tubes change.en_US
