| 摘要: | 臺灣的菸害防制新法在 2009 年 1 月 11 日正式上路，至今已將近滿兩年。最初立法宗旨在於「防制菸害，維護國民健康。」但新的禁菸規定卻引發了各界的批評與爭論，網路上更是成立了不少反禁菸團體。然而時至今日，這些反禁菸的網路社團幾乎早已停止運作，而施行近兩年的禁菸法規也仍有不少灰色地帶。 |
