| dc.description.abstract | 對很多台北市民而言，花博是最近才新增的火熱詞眼，政府投入相當大的心力宣傳。但伴隨著近日來離譜的溢價花卉、裝飾品等針對市府舉辦花博不力的負面報導，花博在尚未開幕前便風波不斷。這不僅代表市府在財政管理上的疏失，另一方面，對於花博園區周遭的居民們，長時間的封街建館要求，則是造成附近居民生活上的諸多不便和店家生意的流失，已然不只是檯面上的數字損失而已。因此，市府為花博所做的努力是需要被檢視的。 | zh_TW |
