| dc.description.abstract | 位於彰化的兒童學苑，是專門安置輕微犯罪兒童的機構，這些個案因為原生家庭無法好好照顧他們，導致產生偏差行為，並且無法進行後續的教育和輔導。兒童學苑和其他類似的安置機構，就是為了讓這些犯罪兒童有一個家的感覺，透過社工和專業人士的輔導和陪伴，以教養代替懲罰的方式，希望能讓這些兒童獲得正確的價值觀。 | zh_TW |
