| 摘要: | 位於萬華舊城區的華西街周邊，為台北市中下階層人士最大的色情交易場所，究竟是否在此設置性交易專區進行管理，是該區長久以來的爭議問題。今(2011)年11月立法院修正過後的社會秩序維護法，授權各縣市政府自行決定是否設置性專區，但目前各地方政府依舊抱持低調態度，娼妓仍無法受到法律的保障。 |
