路跑活動掀起了台灣跑步的風潮，從螢光夜跑到color run，近兩年來投身慢跑的人數越來越多。從單純的運動行為，衍伸為文化和社會現象，究竟慢跑背後到底有什麼特殊的魅力，能夠讓人像上癮一樣戒不掉呢？
