dc.description.abstract本論文主要在討論KT6587(18)天然物的合成研究,KT6587(18)可拆解成兩個片段:上半部為K252c (37);下半部為呋喃34。本論文為研究合成呋喃的討論結果,首先利用實驗室發展的樟腦衍生物,1,3-二□環戊-4-酮化合物65為起始物,經過烷化及官能基修飾,來獲得KT6587的呋喃34。zh_TW
