摘要: | 在本篇文章中,SPEEK被一含有多面體倍半矽氧烷寡聚物(POSS)的半相互穿透(semi-IPN)網狀結構所包覆。在其中,POSS分子的分散性會被這些含磺酸根的交聯劑所影響,因而會影響這高分子奈米複合材料的一些特性,例如:水分子在其中的行為、親水區域的連接與分散等。當這些材料用作直接甲醇燃料電池中的質子交換膜時,其中,在17.5 wt% 的含POSS 以及磺酸根的交聯物的添加後,會有高的質子傳導(0.0153 S/cm)以及低的甲醇穿透(1.34 x 10-7 cm2/s),且選擇比(0.0011 Ss/cm3)很高。 In this article, SPEEK is incorporated by a semi-interpenetrating network (semi-IPN) containing polyhedral oligomeric silsequoixane (POSS). The POSS molecule distribution affected by these sulfonic acid groups attached to cross-linkers dictates to the proton exchange membranes’ water behavior, hydrophilic domains distribution and connection. The proton exchange membrane formed by incorporating 17.5 wt% cross-linkers containing POSS molecules and sulfonic acid groups into SPEEK has the high proton conductivity (0.0153 S/cm), low methanol permeability (1.34 x 10-7 cm2/s), and high selectivity (0.0011 Ss/cm3). |
