dc.description.abstract | 電子相關產業變化快速,顧客需求不確定,製造商面臨該備多少料的問題。若備料不足,無法滿足顧客需求,可能導致客戶流失;反之,若備料太多,在價格快速下跌的環境下,可能導致極高的存貨成本。本論文假設製造商的生產數量受限於關鍵零組件的數量,組裝產能無限,顧客期末需求不確定。製造商有兩次訂購機會。期初,顧客給製造商承諾購買量,製造商利用該資訊來決定向上游供應商訂購一最適訂購量,期中,顧客會更新其需求資訊,製造商則利用該資訊來做貝氏更新顧客需求預測分配,並決定是否向上游供應商追加訂購。追加訂購單價未知,僅知其機率分配。 | zh_TW |
