dc.description.abstract | 透過病人安全通報系統來記錄醫療處理案例,提供病人安全事件處理之知識支援予醫療人員,將可有效降低醫療處理過失。本研究提出考量情境認知推論與評價模式之案例式推理方法於病人安全事件處理的架構,以案例式推理方法,從過去的病人安全事件處理經驗嘗試解決新的事件,並運用關聯規則探勘方法從事件的歷史紀錄中發掘情境知識規則,透過情境認知之規則式推論提供事件知識支援。本架構將歷史事件的解決經驗以案例儲存於案例庫中,結合情境認知之規則式推論進行相似案例推理,並透過評價模組來修正案例推理結果,提昇推薦品質。本研究成果可有效協助醫療人員處理病人安全事件,達到知識分享與降低醫療處理過失。 | zh_TW |
