摘要: 本研究主要探討一位初任女教師對職場環境與自我認同感的追尋,並探討該教師面對自我衝突的心理調適及自我轉化。 從小到大在主流意識、普世價值環境下長大的我,接受的是完備的套裝知識,並逐步完成父母期許的生涯規劃,但是在體驗「新身分」認同及接觸文化不利、反教育體制的孩子後,一連串的衝突、不協調,始原本的自我價值及認同感慢慢解構,也在解構的同時,得以重新檢視並轉化自己。
The main purpose of the research is to discuss an inexperienced teacher to pursue the reconciliation of professional environment and self identification. Besides, the research also focuses on the teacher who faced the mental adjustment and self transform of self conflict. I grew up in an environment with main stream consciousness and common sense value. Therefore, I accepted spontaneously the complete “set knowledge”, and I gradually followed the career planning which my parents had expected. However, when I experienced the identification of “new identity” and had contact with children who are in inferior culture and anti-educational system, there are huge conflict and incongruity collapsing the original self value and identification. At the same time, I examined the situation again in a new perspective and had a new transform.
