dc.description.abstract本文目標主要是利用CCD攝影機來找出LCD面板之十字定位標記中心點的座標及量測LCD模組組裝的TAB製程之塗膠寬度。利用影像處理方法為基礎,開發一套LCD面板定位及量測系統, 以取代目視檢測的方式,提升LCD面板後段模組組裝的自動化程度。 系統採用基本的影像處理方法,計有二值化、邊緣偵測、細線化等演算法。首先系統中的執行十字座標的處理程序,即利用二值化、細線化及幾何運算以求出標記座標。塗膠寬度的量測是利用邊緣偵測擷取塗膠之兩條邊緣,再計算邊緣的像素間的距離即塗膠寬度,此成果可作為增進LCD面板模組組裝製程自動化之基礎。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is aim to use a CCD camera to find the coordinates of the alignment mark on the substrate of LCD panel and to measure the coating width between the polyimide flexible film and the LCD substrate on the TAB process in the LCD module assembly process. Based on using the basic image processing algorithms, I develop the LCD panel alignment and measurement system to replace the manual work of the process of coating and inspecting. The image processing methods to be adopted into the system are binary, canny edge detector, thinning. First, I used binary, thinning and geometry algorithms to find the coordinates of the alignment mark. Then, I used canny edge detector to get two edges of the coating width. I can get the coating width from the coordinates of those edge pixels. The achievements of the thesis can be the basis of improving the automation of LCD module assembly process.en_US
