dc.description.abstract | 本論文提出一種應用於高功率行波管的高壓電源穩壓控制方法。本論文採用前饋(Feedforward)的控制架構,來解決行波管脈波輻射瞬間造成高壓電源供應器輸出電壓陡降,以及回復電壓穩態時間過長的問題,進而提升了雷達發射機的性能。原雷達系統為了抑制高頻雜訊及降低穩態誤差,採用低頻寬的PI控制器,因此暫態響應較差,為了提升暫態響應性能,本論文利用ㄧ新增的前饋補償器,透過預先設定的補償電壓,在行波管輻射命令下達的同時,提供該輻射模式的PWM控制量,以補償因輸入輻射命令造成輸出電壓的變化。由實測的結果顯示本設計確實可大幅改善一高功率行波管高壓電源供應器的暫態與穩態響應。前饋補償電路則以VHDL硬體描述語言的方式先作模擬,再以FPGA單晶片建構完成。這種方式可使設計的時程大幅縮短,並增加了系統維護與修改的便利性。 | zh_TW |
