摘要: 在全球化日益明顯競爭激烈的現代化社會中,如何有效提升競爭力將是生產製造商能否生存的關鍵,本論文針對有機感光鼓製造業生產過程提出一整合性之生產管理資訊系統,內容除具備一般生產管理功能外,特別注重製程改善與品質管理方面之需求;收集生產過程中所有資訊,歸類並加以整理,針對外觀自動檢測機檢測資料建立一自動檢測機檢測資料分析模組,經由自動收集、整理並以不同方式提供使用者快速分析,進而找出問題點並加以解決。經實例證明可有效協助使用者發現製程問題,縮短問題解決時間至少兩個工作日。此外,針對研發人員對於新材料之光電性質測試需求,提出一有機感光鼓光電性質測試系統,除滿足一般使用者測試需求,更可針對研發人員開發新產品或新材料提供適切之測試功能。
The competition in companies is more and more severe in this age, and how to improve the ability for competition is the key point to survive. In this paper, we propose a well defined management information system to the organic photoconductive drum manufacture process. Besides general information management functions, we focus to manufacturing process improvement and quality control in the process. The main idea is to collect all the information between manufacture process and quality control then organized, especially we build a testing data analysis module for auto inspection system, it collect and organize the data from auto inspection system, and transfer to user friendly format then supply to user for analysis. According to the result of applied this system to the manufacture process, we found that this system effective improve the process of solving problem in manufacturing and saving time at least 2 days. On the other hand, we build a photo induced testing system for organic photoconductive drum, it not only meet the production process testing requirement but also meet requirement for testing new material in the developing stage.
