摘要: | 本論文主要探討太陽能光電廠設備機台防火防爆安全管理-以SiH4製程系統為例,建構本研究廠所風險分析模式,利用初步危害分析與化學品本質危害分析及製程安全評估分析方法,找出火災爆炸之關鍵原因,並提出改善對策,利用工程改善及適當的管理機制運作以防止工廠火災爆炸發生。
首先利用初步危害分析方法辨識可燃性物質,下一步進行危險物及有害物本質危害分析探討火災爆炸指數、決定機台設備危害等級程度,由初步危害分析結果鑑別出高風險製程系統後,再進行製程安全評估分析探討火災爆炸之關鍵風險與改善對策。
藉由研究廠區歷史事故及製程安全評估分析結果,探討再發防止方法,擬定相關改善對策及安全設計,在機台設備運轉前利用工程改善及行政管理措施以降低火災爆炸風險,最後目的嘗試完成科技廠房機台設備防火防爆安全指引建議。 The main purpose for this thesis is to discuss the safety management for Solar Power Plant to prevent fire and explosion. Take SiH4 manufacture procedure for example,an analysis on risk module should be established. An analysis of safely manufacturing procedure , an analysis of the essentials of chemicals danger and an estimated analysis on manufacturing process should be applied to find out the key elements of a fire explosion and main reasons offer solutions. An improvement on construction and adequate operation management system should be used to prevent a factory fire explosion from taking place. First,use preliminary hazard analysis to identify explosive materials. Next , conduct in order to verify the Fire Explosion Index. Then , the degree of machine damage could be decided. The result from preliminary hazard analysis helps Solutions confirm the high risk process system and study on key points of fire explosions could then be conducted. By analyzing the results from safety manufacturing proceduce and a research of historical events of accidents taking place in the factory , ways of prevention could be discussed and relevant methods and safety designed could be outlined. Improvement on construction before machines start operating and administer-ative management policies could be adapted to reduce the risk of a fire explosion. The ultimate is to goal finish a safety instruction manual of fire explosion for the factory machines. |
