摘要: 6σ的品質系統是一項很重要的管理系統及模式,它能夠促進組織產生重大的變革及組織再造,朝向降低成本、獲得利潤的目標。田口方法則是業界常使用於產品設計、參數設計的方法,它可以很有效率的在有限資源下達到降低變異、減少成本的穩健品質目的。本研究旨在運用6σ品質系統之( Define、Measure、Analysis、Improve、Control) 手法,以其為分析的架構,結合田口方法的直交實驗,導入製程能力分析(Cpk)的過程,藉著變異數分析為方法,找出影響製程能力的重要因素及最適水準;最後以此模式,在半導體廠務系統中含氟廢水處理上作實廠改善的實例驗證,並利用Cpk的改善的驗證,以科學性的工具,敏捷又快速達成含氟廢水處理系統改善的目標。
6σ quality system is the important managerial model in the world. It can advance the organizational transform and reengineering, and forward to the robust goal of reducing cost and increasing profit. Taguchi method is the popular method for industrialist to production design and parametric design. It can reduce the cost and variance on the condition of limited resource. The method of 6σ (Define、Measure、Analyze、Improve、Control ,DMAIC), , which combines the analysis model of Taguchi method orthogonal experiment to process capability analysis (Cpk), is used as a framework in this thesis. By using the analysis of variance (ANOVA), the critical factors and optimum level are evaluated. In the verification issue, the fluoride wastewater treatment are processed smartly and rapidly based on the process capability analysis (Cpk) and scientific tools. This method is also shown with remarkable improvement on the real manufactory system in semicon industry with the fluoride wastewater treatment system.
