dc.description.abstract隨著光碟機高儲存容量、高轉速及循軌高準確性之需求,對於光碟機振動量測及減振必須有效且準確的量測。本論文研究採用永久磁鐵和霍爾效應感測器(Hall effect transducer),配合高增益之放大電路,使用霍爾效應感測器對磁場變化的感應程度,可以量測出空間中磁場的微小變化,以至於振動位移,實驗量測出其位移的解析度約為500nm。 論文中介紹永久磁鐵及霍爾效應感測器的特性,並將實驗結果數據化,進而將此原理運用在光碟機的振動量測上,比較加裝減振裝置亦即碰撞阻尼的光碟機和一般光碟機的振動大小。此外還比較了碰撞阻尼的不同放置位置造成的減振效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWith the increasing demand on high storage capacity, high rotation speed and tracking accuracy for optical disk drives, accurate measurement and improvement for disk drive vibration have become more and more important. By using a permanent magnet and a Hall effect transducer with a high gain amplifier, the change of the magnetic field and hence the vibration displacement can be measured. Accuracy in experiments is around 500nm. The measurement method is further applied to measure vibration in an optical disk drive. In addition, this study compares a conventional disk drive with one endowed with an impact damper and evaluates feasibility of the new impact damper. Effects of different positions of the impact damper on vibration reduction are examined.en_US
