dc.description.abstract本研究主要在探討混合兩種成份之活性助銲劑添加對SAE 1020低碳鋼銲道形態之影響與作用機制。實驗材料選用SAE 1020低碳鋼,活性助銲劑選用Fe2O3、SiO2、MnO2、MgCO3交叉混合方式調配,銲接方法採用不加填料金屬的氬氣保護鎢極電弧銲來進行Bead-on-plate實驗。經由實際銲接比較後,得出最佳之銲劑配方以助於銲接時得到最窄與最深之銲道。zh_TW
