摘要: | 近年来,具有多封包接收能力的媒体存取控制(MAC)协定受到广泛的重视,许多方案在文献中被提出来。然而在现存方法中,系统的吞吐量仍然被固定使用者群组的通道容量限制住。拥有不同通道环境的使用者,都可以被分配到一部分的频宽来存取通道资源。因此在大部分的情况中,资源会浪费在分配给通道环境差的使用者。为了避免缺乏效率的通道资源分配,吾人提出两种解决方法:适应性范围更新(ARU)方法及适应性外围使用者引入(AOUI)方法。在该方法中,中央控制器会根据流量负载,动态调整使用者群组,使资源分配更有效率。模拟显示吾人所提出的方法可以达到比其他具多封包接收能力的MAC协定明显较佳的系统吞吐量性能表现。 Recently, MAC protocol designs which exploit the MPR facility draw increasing attention, and several proposals have been found in the literature. However, in practice their throughput performance is still bounded by the channel capacity of the fixed user set assumed by existing works. All users with diverse channel links are assigned a portion of bandwidth to access the channel. As a result, the channel resources allocated to the users with poor channel links are wasted in most cases. In order to avoid the waste in inefficient channel allocation to users with a poor channel condition, we propose two methods: the Adaptive Range Updating (ARU) method and the Adaptive Outer User Inclusion (AOUI) method. By dynamically adjusting the user set based on the traffic load, the central controller (CC) can allocate the channel resource more efficiently. Numerical results show that the proposed methods achieve significant improvement in network throughput compared to other MAC protocols with MPR capability. |
