dc.description.abstract | 本文提出具有頻率相關元素的新耦合矩陣,可適用於雙模環形共振器濾波器的耦合結構分析,不需要源端-負載端耦合,即可準確描述準橢圓函數響應特性。利用耦合矩陣了解環形共振器的兩個模態的特性,以及耦合結構的耦合機制,有利於實現所要的頻率響應。最後設計並製作一個具有對稱準橢圓函數響應的雙模環形共振器濾波器,以資驗證。量測結果顯示與模擬結果相當一致。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The thesis presents new coupling matrices with frequency-dependent elements for analyzing the coupling structures of dual-mode ring resonator filters. Without source-load coupling, the characteristic of quasi-elliptic function response can be described correctly. Utilizing the coupling matrix to realize the nature of dual-mode ring resonator and the mechanism of coupling structures could be useful to implement the desired frequency responses. At last, the design and fabrication for a dual-mode ring resonator filter with a symmetrical quasi-elliptic function response are demonstrated to confirm the idea. The measured result shows a good agreement with the simulation response. | en_US |
