dc.description.abstract本論文中,我們利用Suzuki coupling reaction合成了以2,7-carbazole及fused dithienothiophene單元為分子主鍊的共軛型高分子,此系列高分子的吸收範圍約在300 nm-550 nm;另一方面,我們也引入了benzothiadiazole單元作為電子受體,而藉由2,7-carbazole施體與benzothiadiazole受體之間的作用力,有效的將吸光範圍延長至紅光區,其吸收範圍約在300 nm-630 nm,但此高分子之光轉換效率偏低,我們推估是因為在分子主鍊上引入的長碳鏈較多,使得分子間的□-□ stacking較差,而影響其效率。 此兩類型共軛高分子因不具結晶態,因此可以利用旋轉塗佈的方式製成薄膜,當與PCBM 1:1混摻時,在AM 1.5的標準太陽光照射下,最佳元件效率可達到□=0.49%,Jsc=1.82 mA/cm2、Voc=0.82 V、FF=0.37 %。zh_TW
