dc.description.abstract我們的研究目的是把一組果蠅腦形變到另一組果蠅腦中。在此論文裡,首先對果蠅腦定義一個座標系統。基於此座標系統,我們提出兩種不同方法的內插,根據此內插法來實作形變。接著,利用形變的方法來定義一組標準果蠅腦的建立流程,並且帶入神經組織的形變至標準腦。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOur goal is warping one Drosophila brain into another one. In this thesis, we first define a coordinate system for brain of Drosophila. Base on this coordinate system, we demonstrate two different original interpolation methods , and use these methods for warping . Then we define a procedure of building a template brain of Drosophila by warping and introduce the warping of neuron to template brain.en_US
