摘要: 自從1991年經濟部推動「商業自動化十年計畫」以來,台灣物流產業蓬勃地發展,職業訓練中心物流班級的設立,主要之目的為培育物流業之基礎作業人員。 職業訓練是以民眾之就業為目標,因此職業訓練中心必須依據產業需求來安排訓練課程,以培育產業界需要之人才。本研究乃依據物流業近年來之職缺,鎖定倉儲管理、運輸、行銷與銷售職類之需求,將課程作重新規劃。本研究將這些物流業職缺從業者所需之職能,在A職業訓練中心場地設備、師資、訓練時數之限制之下,篩選出要培訓之職能,並將這些要培訓之職能與目前之訓練課程以矩陣模式來做比對,同時加上國內物流業之相關證照,來做全面性考量並重新設計訓練課程,最後再以專家會議之審查方式來審核與調整所規劃之課程。本研究為A職業訓練中心規劃出一套吻合物流業基礎作業人員職能需求之課程,使學員能經由訓練而增加其求職時之競爭力,本課程規劃模式可提供給其他職業訓練中心作課程規劃之參考。
Logistics industries have been vigorously developed in Taiwan, since the Ministry of Economic Affairs carried out“10-year plan of business automation” in 1991. The main purpose of logistics classes in vocational training in Taiwan is to provide trainee with basic knowledge required in logistics industry. Assisting trainees obtain jobs through training is the goal of vocational training. In order to do that, a well-planned curriculum that meet both job and knowledge requirements is necessary. This research aims at curriculum re-design for a vocational training center in Taiwan (Cetner A). Based on current job vacancy in logistics industry in Taiwan, the curriculum is re-desined to equip trainees with the competences of basic operators in the working functions of warehouse management, transportation, marketing and sales for logistics companies. A collection of competences were first generated after considering the availability of facilities, instructors and training hours. This study used a matrix to match these competences with the existing curriculum plan provided by Center A. For those competences that were not included by the existing curriculum, this study added several training courses to complete the priliminary revised curriculum. The priliminary revised curriculum was reviewed by the filed experts through meetings. The final curriculum plan for Center A was generated by incorprating suggestions by the review meetings. The method for curriculum planning presented in this study can be generalied for other training centers to generate curriculm plans per their needs.
