dc.description.abstract | TFT-LCD 顯示器技術已經相當成熟且廣泛的被使用,結構包含背光模組光學而零件有導光板、集光稜鏡片、擴散片、膠框、背板、光源。而相當多的關鍵零組件中,導光板設計重要且所佔成本比重非常高,因此許多廠商投入許多人力開發製造。背光模組的輝度增益部份,在導光板的相關模擬研究不多。V溝微結構設計的導光板,導光板的光學設計是利用表面的微結構設計,破壞光線在導光板內的全反射,使光線無法前進傳遞,由導光板的出光面被導出,達到轉換成均勻的光源使用。 本研究利用光學模擬軟體ASAP建構出V-CUT導光板光學模組,並對其所構成之相關結構參數: V溝微結構角度θ、V溝微結構深度(D)、V溝微結構間距等的變異作分析與討論,觀察其對於輝度增益值之影響。由實際實驗結果可知,相較於其他參數,稜鏡角度θ對於輝度增益值之變化影響最鉅,且於90°時具有最大的增益效果。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The manufacturing technology of LCD is gradually becoming more complex in recent years . The backlight structure consists of light guide plate , diffuser, prism sheet , and frame is the light source of TFT-LCD system. The back light unit is easy to make, but its cost accounted is very high, so it attracts large quantities of manufacturers to plunge into the relevant studies . Optical characteristics of LGP is determined by the micro-structure design. Using micro-structure to detour light from the total reflection of LGP can increase the light inject from light-emitting surface of LGP. The surface of the micro-structure and processes condition is correlated with the mold of the optical characteristics. Using optics simulation software ASAP to build and construct the V-CUT LGP optics module, one can analyze and discuss the effect of the variation of its structure parameter, such as V-groove degree(?), V-groove depth(D), V-groove pitch(P) on the brightness enhancement . It was found from the result of experiment , relative to other structure parameter, that V-cut degree(?) influence the brightness enhancement the most, and have the best result on 90 degree. | en_US |
