摘要: 新產品從開發設計階段到成功量產上市,中間過程中充滿未知的變數。往往因為當初狹隘且主觀的專案評估進行的不夠周延,考量不夠全面,反而增加專案失敗的風險。所以企業若能夠在產品規劃初期提出完整而審慎、客觀的評估,不但可以降低產品開發風險,更能夠避免公司有限資源的浪費。 本研究以車用面板市場的開發專案為主體,期望透過ISO/TS16949認證架構的新舊產品開發流程之研究,探討出影響新產品開發流程的因素。並參考專家學者的新產品開發評估方法,提出AHP層級架構的新產品評估模式,提供企業主管可以快速反應的決策依據。
Design stage of new products from development to successful mass production market, full of unknown intermediate variables. Because of it were the narrow and subjective assessments of the project do not being circumspect, taking into consideration not being comprehensive, but increased the risk of project failure. Therefore, if the enterprise can be made in the early stages of planning a complete product and prudent, objective assessment, not only can reduce product development risks, but also the company is more able to avoid the waste of limited resources. In this study, vehicle panel as the main market of the development project, expected through the ISO/TS16949 authentication architecture old and new product development process of a study on the factors that affect the product development process and with reference to new product development experts assessment method proposed level Architecture of the new product evaluation models, business managers can quickly respond to decision making.
