摘要: | 個人希望藉由在工作領域中對 U.C - Unified Communication 相關專業知識、產品功能、類比 PSTN 傳統話務系統、SS7 信令系統 及 VoIP 數位語音的實務整合規劃經驗 及 本身公司內部使用 U.C 統合通訊架構的心得,作為本論文研究的技術理論基礎,冀望提出一個實務可行且整體規劃應用的協同作業新平台架構,對增進工作效率、提升企業生產力,略盡一己之力。
本研究首先以 JavaScript / ASP 程式開發技術,結合對 Cisco IP Phone Service XML Object 開發技術規範的了解,以實務使用需求為導向,進行程式開發設計,將 “即時擷取 (Real Time Access) 外部 Text 文字資料庫、Web 網頁資訊 及 股市走勢圖形”,編輯、整合、傳送、顯示於 IP Phone 螢幕,新增功能 加入(add-on) 于 IP Phone Service 系統中,提供可即時擷取 外部圖形、語音、資料庫 等資訊之功能,以達到無縫式協同作業之目的:提供即時有效的運籌管理決策資訊;掌握生產及出勤缺員的即時資訊;提供最佳銷售服務與快速交貨;快速回應市場需求變化。
接著,本人透過前述設計之新增 IP Phone Service系統功能程式,在 U.C 整體架構中的操作,並藉由工具軟體 Wireshark 進行 SCCP、UDP、RTP、QoS Protocols 等各項封包側錄及分析,追蹤並驗證各項封包在實體 U.C 架構線路中的傳送流程 (Transfer Flow),作為 理論 / 實務 之驗證。
最後在實際操作執行自身設計之IP Phone Service Application 應用程式時,同樣透過 Wireshark 工具軟體,來作語音及資料封包側錄、分析,以驗證並瞭解整個 Call Routing (Call Flow) 的運作流程,並將 Call Routing(Call Flow) 流程具體呈現於論文中。 The purpose of this research is to design the U.C-Unified Communication structure and apply the U.C architecture to build up a seamless collaborative platform, and design a XML-based application system as a generalized technology for creating new functions of Cisco IP phone service. The U.C structure is a unique model depicted in the paper for the collaborative platform development. In the organizational model, the roles and the authorities of collaborators are specified. In these product data, a dynamic product description including product function and product number is defined. In the application system designing is developed based on the definition of JavaScript/ASP of Cisco XML object. Specific ASP programs can be customized using the modularized process modeling approach. At last, a case study of collaborative platform design is introduced to verify the system at work. This research establishes the general models, key functions and interfaces of a modularized, web-based collaborative system, which enables business-to-business collaboration for online product development with minimal barriers and improved efficiency. |
