dc.description.abstract | 本研究的主要目的為改良直接甲醇燃料電池(DMFC)陽極電極材料,研究方法是以電子束蒸鍍系統(E-gun)蒸鍍金屬鎳薄膜,利用硝酸蝕刻出鎳的高比表面積鐘乳石結構,並在氯鉑酸中利用脈衝電鍍電鍍鉑,製作出Pt/Ni的陽極電極材料。在鹼性溶液中使用循環伏安法、計時安培法觀察對觸媒電催化的效能,探討鎳是否能增強鉑對甲醇及乙醇氧化的效果。利用TEM觀察在不同圈數下的脈衝電鍍鉑的顆粒大小是否能提升白金催化的效果。並使用XRD鑑定可以算出每個波峰代表的晶面方向及使用XPS鑑定材料表面成分及表面各種元素的化學狀態。 本研究所研究的是Pt/Ni的陽極電極材料,其中鎳材料易溶於稀硝酸,但在鹼性溶液形成鈍態不易溶解,而大部分的電解質系統是以酸性系統為主,只有極少部份在研究鹼性系統對甲醇電池的效能,因此研究的目的在於Pt/Ni的陽極電極材料在鹼性系統觀察觸媒電催化的效能。由XRD、XPS材料分析結果可知此Pt/Ni鐘乳石結構為表面是氧化鎳、實心部分是金屬鎳結構,由電化學分析可知氧化鎳產生的OH基促使CO氧化成CO2,可增加抗CO毒化的效果,而金屬鎳可以提高導電性。其最佳化條件是在甲醇氧化反應參數是電流密度-1 mA/1.54cm2-800圈之鉑沉積鎳鐘乳石結構效果最好。 關鍵詞:直接甲醇燃料電池、陽極觸媒、鉑、氧化鎳 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The main object of this study is to improve the performance of the anode catalyst in direct methanol fuel cell. We use E-gun to deposit and etching nickel stalactite on the silicon wafer as the anode catalyst support for direct methanol fuel cells(DMFC)and direct ethanol fuel cell(DEFC). Well dispersed Pt catalyst nanoparticles are electrodeposited on the nickel stalactite using galvanic pulse anodization method. Cyclic voltammetry(CV), hydrogen adsorption and chronoamerometry are used to study the methanol and ethanol oxidation reaction on the Pt/Ni stalactite anode in alkaline electrolyte. The use of the Pt/Ni stalactite can greatly increase the electroactive surface area, and thus improve the electrocatalytic performance of the Pt/Ni stalactite anode. In addition,the hydrophilic nature of the Ni stalactite surface under the electrocatalytic condition is likely to be key factor enhancing CO tolerance of the nanosized Pt catalyst.
